Service Charge

 Beginning in June 2025, Circle Spey Restaurant Group has implemented a 23% service charge in place of traditional tipping. Of the 23 points, 19 points (or 82.61% of the total charge) are distributed directly to our hourly team members and disbursed following our Tip pool and tip out policy, and 4 points (or 17.39% of the total charge) are retained by the house. For all large events booked, the 25% service charge will be distributed as follows: 21 points (or 84% of the total charge) are distributed directly to our hourly team members and disbursed following our Tip pool and tip out policy, and 4 points (or 16% of the total charge) are retained by the house.

Our team is made up of passionate hospitality professionals who have chosen this industry as a career. The service charge model allows us to offer competitive wages while creating a more sustainable and resilient business model in an industry often challenged by high turnover and rising operational costs.
